		<description>Hmmm, these look more like what I&#039;d call udon noodles.  My family is from Korea, so I&#039;m not going to make any claims on types of Japanese noodles.  I can&#039;t read Japanese, but I&#039;m guessing that the noodles are the same except for the flavoring packets?</description>
