Scale is probably pretty good. Try measuring a cement block or something a bunch of times over a bunch of days. You will find the scale ok. The issue is the wildly moving body human weight during the course of a day and the first 5 lbs that cooly melts off just by not eating much. Put some tape over the decimal digit and only look at the whole number. It will be truer and make you less scale crazy.
Ask Shannon, she knows all about it.

Stop weighing yourself so often. The human body gains/loses roughly 5 lbs a day in just water. You are going to make yourself obsessive.
